How do I add decorative borders?

I'm trying to add a decorative border to a paragraph. I don't want a page
border, I want a pretty border or maybe one of the page borders just around a
paragraph. How would I go about doing that?

You can try Format-->Borders and shading, and choose a border, or just
Insert-Clipart and find a border to use from there. Most of those you'd need
to resize and send behind your paragraph to have it placed perfectly.

BorderArt is available only for page borders in Word; Publisher does allow
you to use it for any text box.
