Hi
i have visio 2003 professional installed. i wanted to add the enterprise
architecture to it.
so i found the relevant DVD (Microsoft visual studio .net 2003, enterprise
architecture , and pre-requisets)
and installed it all. this seemed to go ok.

1)how can i tell if this is intalled properly?
2)what extra features should i see in visio?
3) and how do i start these features?

Any help appreaciated

Well, you should find that you can forward engineer databases and UML
diagrams for one.
I think that Help / About might say "Enterprise Architect" but it may not
because the order of installation.

Visio for Enterprise Architects is another edition of Visio, it's not a
component that you can add-on to Visio Professional 2003. So you would need
to look for a Visio icon that looks like the 2002 icon. Should be under the
Programs group on the Start menu. You can also check in Add or Remove
Programs.

The version of Visio for Enterprise Architects that came with Visual Studio
..NET is similar to Visio Pro 2002 except with the database forward
engineering and if you have Visual Studio .NET you should have the UML
forward/reverse engineer capabilities.
