How do I add fields to PowerPoint org chart?

In ppt 2000, within the Org Chart software, it only has 3 fields; however, we
need to add additional lines of text. We have tried "ctrl-enter" and
"alt-enter" but those do not work. How can we add additional lines of text
or fields for the additional text?
