how do I add graphics to create new boarders

I want to create a bicycle boarder how do I add the graphic so it shows up on
the boarder tab to surround the page in the margin? I've tried to add it into
the document as a bunch of little picures but then it falls within the
boarder and things get complicated with text and all...

You cannot add to Word's BorderArt collection, but you can create your own
border with clip art. It isn't anywhere near as easy as in Publisher,
