How do I add India, Pakistan and Hindu holidays in the UK?

I have outlook 2003 in the UK. When I try and add holidays, India, Pakistan
and Hindu holidays are not on the list. I can't get them from the (eg) india
website because I can't read the script or understand Hindi. Help would be
very appreciated!!! Thanks!!
