How do I add more columns past cell "IV"

For my own curiosity, what sort of statistical data requires so
many columns? This question is not meant sarcastically but I am

~370 (512=2^9) columns is easily justified. However, if someone really
"needs" the capacity of 2007, then there is likely a better tool for the job.
