How do I add more occurences to a non-recurring appointment?

In Outlook 2007, I need to schedule a series of meetings which do not occur
at regularly intervals. Also, sometimes I may need to add just one more date
to a series of meetings. Is it possible to add extra specific dates to an
existing series or is it not possible once the series is established?

Outlook on its own can't do that, except by creating separate items for
each. This tool can help automate that process, however:

I don't know of any way to do that, except to change the end date of the
recurrence. Any exceptions you've made in any of the individual recurrences
will be lost, however.
