How do I add music to play though-out my website

I've almost finished designing my website but am wondering what I need to do
or get to load songs onto my page which will play regardless of what page is
being surfed.

You would have to add a frame - maybe a lower frame to show the player so
they can turn it off if they want to. This is the only way since that bottom
frame will not be refreshed when the user goes to a new window
