how do I add my last name and number page in a document Word?

I am trying to add my last name and page number in each page but I can't I
don't how to do it?? I tried with header but is not what I need. Is a
requirement foe research papers.

Lorel,

A header or footer is the place to do it.

Type your last name then type Page. Select Page and press CTRL+F9. Right
click the resulting field code and toggle the field code.

You should be off to the races.
