How do I add my signature to a task?

This is particulary necessary when Assigning tasks.

Somebody said to me it's rather rude to give somebody "work" without a
signature!

Your input would be appreciated.

In Outlook 2007 you can use the Insert tab to add a signature.

FWIW I wouldn't experience it as rude as in most cases when you assign
people work you know them already so a simple "Regards, <name>" or "Thanks!
<name>" would suffice for me.
