How do I add rewind controls to my flash video

I would like to add rewind, stop, etc.. buttons to my video. in frontpage.


also where would I find over 50 options of how i want the player to look.
Id probably have to go out of frontpage & get some code & paste it in right?

FP has no control over your flash movie, you need to post to a Adobe Flash newsgroup, etc.
