How do I add sound to my messages in Outlook Express?

I get very interesting e-mail messages with clip art, digital photos, and
sound. I would like to be able to produce this type of e-mail. I can only
seem to attach files and don't know how to embed them into the e-mail.

Would love some help or direction to go.
