How do I add sound to outgoing messages

In Outlook Express I could add a sound to outoging messages that would play
when it was opened. I have not been able to figure out how to do it in
Outlook 2003. Anyone know?

If you are using Windows XP SP-2, the ability to add sounds/video to
outgoing mail via Wordmail is broken.
