how do i add text to pictures as you scroll over them on the web?

I'm creating a web page and i wanted visitors who scroll over a pic to see
some text. How's that done?

I'm not sure there's any way to achieve this in Word unless the picture is a
hyperlink, in which case you can add ScreenTip text. You could always make
it a hyperlink to the same page, or perhaps there's a way to hyperlink to
some null location so that the link doesn't actually go anywhere.

Hi Greek,

When you have a picture in Word you can use Format=>Picture
and choose the 'Web' tab to enter Alternative Text.

If you use File=>Save as Web page the text may not appear,
but may if you use File=>Save as Web Page-Filtered and turn
off the VML setting in Tools=>Options=>General=>[Web Options]
