How do I add the actual email address to the View bar?

I am battling a lot of spam. I have a few email names and would like to know
at a glance what email address(es) are being used. I would like to add the
My actual email address to the view of my Outlook address. How can I do
this?

You can't. But you can use Automatic Formatting to highlight which address
it has been send to.

If these email addresses are not aliases but are in fact all different
accounts, then you can also add the Accounts column to see which account you
have received the message with.
