Hi Raymond,

Several postings (13 Jan 05 "Can I set a watermark..." and 4 Jan 05
"Watermark in Project") have some suggestions. Most responders to those
posts appear to agree that putting the information in the Footer was the best
choice.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Raymond,

Here's a VBA footer string I spent some time developing

FilePageSetupHeader Text:=("&I&U&B&""Impact""&36" & CStr(HeaderString))

&I makes the text italic
&U sets underline
&B sets bold
&""Impact"" sets the font to impact (make sure you use two sets of double
quotes)
&36 sets the size to 36pt
(In my example, "Headerstring" is a string variable that is set elsewhere in
my code - you could substite text, too &"***DRAFT*** " etc

Make sure you have an overall pair of double quotes around all the control
sequences you want to use.

If you don't want a particular attribute e.g. bold, just delete the &B and
so on.
Different fonts are a neat way to draw attention to some information on your
plan.
You can use the same idea for headers, too - e.g.

FilePageSetupHeader Text:=("&""Copperplate Gothic Light""&48" &
CStr(HeaderString))

Hope this helps

Hi Raymond,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

I assume you talking about Project? You could pre-print the pages with a
watermark using Word. Then Over-print your project pages. (Or vice versa.)

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :))

Julie, this is what I did but I thought that MSProject will have Watermarks
just like Words or others.
Thanks

Hi Raymond,

No sorry, no watermarks in Project like Word. Glad to see that Mike gave
you a solution. Thanks for the feedback.

Peter,

I am trying to learn VBA and have not been able to use the code you have
given. Do you mind copy pasting the full code and the instructions.

Thanks
