How do I adjust email recorded send time ?

My emails show a time that is 1 hour earlier than the PC time, how do I
change it? I'm in GMT time zone without Daylight saving. Using XP home and
Outlook 2003.

Tools, options, calendar options...look at the "automatically adjust DST"
tickbox and correct it. You may need to correct your system clock after
that.
