How do I adjust row height to set cell margins to zero?

Hi,
I am trying to adjust row height to a minimum but when printing, the
top of the text is cut off to protect cell margins. Is there a way to
override the default?
ex. a "b" should touch a "g" above it.
It worked in excel97 but not in excel2003.
TIA

If font used is 10 point set row heights to 10.5 or 10 or whatever until you get
the look you want.

Have you tried a height of 10 and a vertical alignment of "distributed"?

Other than that, I don't know how to achieve the results you need.

Thank you for your replies, but this does not work either.
Maybe there is a way to replace white cell margins with transparent?
I am still trying to print 10 pont font in a 10 pixel row height, so that
there would be no blank space between the lines and the letters would not be
chopped off on top and bottom.
