how do I adjust the nudge feature in Word? I need it to be less

I'm using the Nudge feature on the drawing toolbar. It's nudging too far.
Can I adjust that?

Just hold down the Crl key and use the arrow key to nudge a very small
increment. Hope this solves your problem.

The default nudge of the arrow keys is based on the underlying grid. On the
Drawing Toolbar go to Draw>Grid, set the H and/or V spacing to whatever you
prefer. You can also turn the Snap to Grid feature OFF which causes the
arrows to nudge in the same increment as when you use the Ctrl key.
