how do i adjust the sensitivity of the mouse clicks?

when i click on my mouse, i often delete 2 messages instead of just one.
where can i adjust this setting?
help.

Thanks for the tip but the problem is only with emails in outlook,. i have
adjusted the mouse software, but it seems to only be a problem with outlook.
is there a settig in outlook for deleting messages?

There are no mouse sensitivity controls within Outlook.
