You can't change the order of recipients on messages you receive. You could
copy it and paste into excel then sort.... but this would be just for your
reference only.

Distribution lists in Outlook are automatically alphabetized. You have no
choice.

When sending an e-mail, put the distro list in the Bcc field. Then you
don't have to worry about any super thin-skinned egos of recipients who
think order in a recipient list is important.
