How do I apply bullet animation to the entire slideshow in PP 2007

I am trying to animate all bullets in my enitre slideshow using PP 2007. In
PP 2003, I would find this command in Animation Schemes and then use "apply
to all". I don't see the "apply to all" option anymore in the Animation
menu. Any suggestions?

It's gone. But you can add the animation to the master and it will be
applied to all slides on this way.
