How do I apply the same View settings to all mail folders in Outl.

I want to Define a custom View and then apply the View to all of my mail
folders. Currently, I've only been able to modify one folder view at a time.
Isn't there a way to set all folders to use the same View, and then changes
made to the view would be automatically applied to all folders that use that
view?
