How do I ask for funds to buy much needed test equipment?

My shop is expanding, and we are about to perform critical testing on
aviation navigation equipment. But I need to justify the expense to upper
management for the $35,000.00 price tag for the two pieces of equipment we
need. any help would be appreciated.

to type up your proposal and the justification.

that spending 35k will
either produce savings
or make profits or both,
and the gains will exceed
the expenditure.

then propose your idea.

you can contact the small
business administration and
see if they have any volunteers
that can help with the above.
