I have Outlook 2003. When right click on the fields in the inbox you can
choose "field choose" and then "new" and create a new field. I can creat a
field and put it on the headers in the inbox but it doesn't have any data and
I don't see a way to assign it data - how do I do that? For example if
Sherrie and I use the same email address I can create two fields - one that
says "Mark's read" and one that says "Sherrie's read". I can create them as
yes/no fields then if I've read the email I can set to yes and if Sherrie has
she can set to yes then we know we can delete/file the email. I can create
the fields - assign them the properties (yes/no) and have them show on the
headers column but then I can't enter any data - set a particular mail
message to yes or no. How do I enter the yes/no data into the field.
