How do I associate an excel sheet with a visio drawing

I know it is possible to have a visio diagram and an excel sheet with say 3
colums with text, length, width and then 2 open windows. By drag and drop it
is possible to move objects from excel to visio, but the question is how to
do ??

One way to embed an Excel worksheet in a Visio diagram is to start Visio
and use:
Insert > Object

Then, you can choose "Create new" to start a new worksheet or "Create from
file" to import data from an existing Excel file.
