How do i attach a custom menu to a workbook???

feature for attaching custom toolbars available, but not
menus. driving me crazy! looked in help and online help no
luck, someone please help.

Take a look at John Walkenbach's example and sample workbook
(menumakr.xls). It's not a simple as just attaching something to a
workbook, but it's far more robust:
