How do I auto save individual documents using mail merge in word?

I have setup the template in word and have 5000 addresses in xcel. I need to
save each document for later reference. How can I do this automatically?

I suppose you could "print" to a PDF file or Microsoft Office Document
Imaging Writer file to create images.

of Word and Excel you are using and more information on how you will be using these documents (i.e. besides saving a copy are you
printing, or emailing or ... ?)
