how do I automate sending an Access report to a Sharepoint area?

It is a lot of manual work to upload Access generated reports, pdfs,
spreadsheets, and other lists to individual SharePoint document lists. Is
there a way to code the upload of a file to a SharePoint document list? Or,
is there another way I'm not thinking about?
