How do I automatically forward emails to all email addresses within all
incoming emails from a particular address.

My office uses a Microsoft exchange server but I do not have access to it
when out of the office. I would like to send emails from my hotmail account,
and have them forwarded automatically from my job's email account to the
sender that I wish to send the email to.

I don't know exactly what you're asking to do. If you want mail sent to your
Exchange mailbox to show up in Hotmail for you, you need to talk to your
Exchange administrator about this. They can set up a forward for you (to a
mail-enabled contact or a custom recipient, depending on the version of
Exchange).

A better option might be Outlook Web Access, but you will need to talk to
your admins about that, too.
