How do I automatically tight wrap clipart and wordart?

In Word 2002 and above, there is an option to set the default wrapping style
on inserted and pasted AutoShapes and pictures. In Word 2002 and 2003, it's
on the Edit tab of Tools | Options. In Word 2007, it will be somewhere in
Office Button | Word Options.
