I'd lilke to type :) and have it automatically appear as a smiley fact in
Outlook Express e-mail. Can you tell me how I do that?

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
2) Install a program on the recipient's computer that will do that
(OE-Quotefix comes to mind).
