How do I back up my computer?

I want to back up my computer. We are having trouble with our internet and
don't want to loose our files and/or documents.

You need to find a more generic newsgroup relating to your request. I
suggest that you find one specialising in your particular operating
system as there may be built in features.

This newsgroup specialises in a project management application.
