How do I back up my outlook files to CD, and than restore them to.

When I try to retrieve my saved out look file from the CD, I get a message
that says I don't have permission to access the file. Is there a simple way
to back up the entire outlook, and than restore it?

Copy the PST file to your hard drive & remove the read-only attribute, then
open it in Outlook.
