how do i best host my new company intranet?

I have designed a small intranet for the company i work for. How do i best
go about hosting it internally?

It is stored on our "server" but that is basically just another PC running
XP but it holds masters of our programs etc.

Provided it's running Windows XP Professional, you can install Internet
Information Server and host the website on that.
