How do I blind carbon copy to my "distribution list"?

I have Microsoft Office Professional 2003. My e-mails go through Microsoft
Outlook and not Outlook Express. I have set up "distribution lists" with my
business contacts, but want their e-mail addresses to be hidden one from the
other. A"carbon copy" tab appears when I attempt to send my e-mail, but not
a "BCC" button. Thank you for your help.

You can force open a BCC field in your REPLY message by clicking VIEW on the
menubar, then click BCC FIELD. Put the distribution list address in the BCC
field and it will be hidden to others. Hope this helps - dddivers

I will try your suggestion. Thank you. Howevert This time when I attempted
an e-mail with my distribution list and putting my own e-mail in the "To"
field, the "BCC" field was not grayed out!! So it was not necessary to do
anything unusual. I am finding the XP operating system very unstable.
Everything seems to change from one "boot" to another. newtooffice
