How do I block all emails sent in a language other than English

I have been receiving a number of emails in German. As i don't speak or read
that language or any other than English (quite parochial) I don't know the
content or the possbility of viruses being attached.

Nothing you can do other than to delete the email messages and move on.
Somehow your email address has been added to someone else's address
book. Make sure you have a good antivirus program installed with
up-to-date virus definitions!
