1) "Subject" line is for a short, concise summary of your problem.
2) "Body" is for a detailed listing of your problem.
3) Filled-in subject without a body is very rude.
Now that that is off my chest,
It is not possible to stop anyone from emailing you. As long as you have a
public email address, any one on the Planet Earth can email you, if they
have that address.
You can, however, set up filters within Outlook to either delete the
arriving email you dont want or put it in a folder for later deletion.
Outlook filters email AFTER it arrives in your Inbox. There are other email
programs which filter email at the server level, BEFORE it gets to your
inbox.
It is also possible to set up filters at the email server. See your ISP or
email provider's Help sections, or ask them if it is possible to set up
filters at the email server which will delete the email you dont want coming
to your Inbox.
