How do I block domains in Outlook 2002?

I have put many domains on my junk senders list (the part after the @) and
they still get through. I have tried leaving the "@" and they still get
through. Rules using certain words seem to work, but that is not always
practical, and I'd like to take care of them domain-wise. Help!

Outlook 2002 does not include the more powerful Junk Filters and Rules
customizations that Outlook 2003 does. You are better served by a free
application such as SpamBayes that learns as you use it more.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head-scratching, Suz asked this group:

blocking mail by sender is basically useless. Get a better mail scanner.
