How do i block or protect final date gantt??

I Need block input in final date gantt, ¿ how do it ?

do you mean that you don't want the final date to shift? Have you tried
taking a baseline and referring to the baseline date?

Yes, I have tried with baseline date, but , i need that user don'
modify final date column , can i do it ?

Not possible.
You may add a password to protect access to the entire file. It is not
possible to lock portions (like in Excel).

Andrew suggested a basline date, you may compare BaslineFinish and Finish
for your task to see if it changed.
