How do I break a link between Option Buttons?

I would like to use more than one set of Option (radio) Buttons in a Word
document so that each set can have one button selected, but currently am
unable to group the buttons

How can I create two or more groups of Option Buttons that are not linked?

You need to assign unique Group Names to each group of option buttons via
the Properties Dialog of each button (Right click and select Properties. By
default, there is on Group Name assigned so they are all treated as
belonging to the one group.
