How do I break a ppicture into puzzle pieces?

I've never had or used it, but seems like I've seen something like this as
a PhotoShop plug in.

Otherwise, maybe just use the select tool (free hand one) draw puzzle
shapes, copy the selection and past as new image. Till it's all broken up.

I doin't think this is anything Publisher does.

I also think maybe something went wrong with your post, you didn't write
