How do I call API in VBA to "Save Program settings to
system registry?"
Ex: "\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MyTestProgram\Created"

Take a look at SaveSetting (and GetSetting) inside the VBA's help.

It saves to a specific location with the registry though.
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings)
