How do I cause repeatable entries in the TO: field in Outlook?

How do I enter and email address in the TO: field and cause it to show back
up when I repeat the email address later? I use certain addresses quite often
and at work, frequently used email addresses show up via a pull-down when I
start to type them in. Appears that MS Outlook records frequently used
addresses, but not sure just where to 'activate' the function...

It's activated automatically. As you probabl know, just type in the
first letter and it will show the entire name and address. You can
also hightlight the names in the list and hit the delete key to remove
them.

Hope this helps,

Bill

Phoinix: I thought, too, that it was automatic; but this does not appear to
be the case. My sister-in-law; whom I stay in constant contact, her name is
Gwen. I can type the whole name; "Gwen" or even her last name, and Outlook
never shows the name, URL and anything. It will underline the name to
indicate that it is a legit URL, but some of the persons I frequently contact
have long names and I'd love for Outlook to recognize them as possible
entries for me rather than make me type the whole thing. That is why I
assumed that I had something turned off, but didn't know what it might be
called to even attempt to change this setting... Thanks for the help, but
still not quite what I need... Any other thoughts about 'why' the address is
not automatic... I had no loading errors or warnings when Outlook loaded...
Thanks...
