How do I change a black and white photo to sepia?

As Bob says, you really need an image editor to do this now.

I just wanted to mention that you can do this easily in PowerPoint 2007
(like 2 clicks), though. It's one of the new picture recolor features.

In future, please type your question in the message body area of the posting
window. Long subject lines are often cut off (although yours wasn't this
time).

it is likely your b/w image(s) is set
to greyscale. so you will have to
convert the image(s) to color mode so that
the subtle shade of sepia can be applied...
