How do I change a document from English to French?

I have typed a procedure outline in English. We have an employee who reads
French easier then English. How can I change the document to French?

I have looked up the help for that - Can I translate the whole document if I
select all? I can't seem to figure it out. Any more ideas would be
appreciated.

The Translate option you are looking at, as far as I'm aware, sends your doc
to an external site for translation. This is a paid for service
