how do I change a power point presentation into a word document?.

Hi Leah!

From what I found, you can only save a .ppt file as one of the following
types:


Power Point .ppt
Single File Web Page .mht; mhtml
Web Page .htm; html
PowerPoint Show .pps
PowerPoint Add-in .ppa; .pwz
GIF (Graphics Interchange Format) .gif
JPEG (File Interchange Format) .jpg
PNG (Portable Network Graphics Format) .png
TIFF (Tag Image File Format) .tif
Device Independent Bitmap .bmp
Outline/RTF .rtf
Windows Metafile .wmf
Enhanced Windows Metafile .emf

But you can get information from the presentation to Word by using the File >
Send > Send to Microsoft Word function or you can use Bill's new add-in. No
saving is required.
