How do I change a work book number. I always getting workbook 1

When I click on Excel it always goes to workbook 1. How do I change the
workbook number. Example: workbook 2,3,4,5,ETC.

Click the new button on the toolbar a few times and you'll see book1, book2,
book3, ...
