S Suzanne S. Barnhill Oct 6, 2005 #2 Well, Help certainly lets you down on this issue! Click on the picture. This will display the Picture toolbar. The second button is Color, which opens a menu that includes "Grayscale." This works only for "pictures," not for Word drawings.
