how do I change color of black and white clip art?

I downloaded a black and white clip art and I want it to be red. how do I
change the color of the clipart? Thank you.

Hi

which program are you using the clip art in - in Publisher there is a
"recolor" option - i believe it's on the format menu, in Word, PowerPoint &
Excel you can generally do this by ungrouping the picture - colouring bits
of it and grouping it again - but in MS Project - which this newsgroup is
actually for, i was unaware that you could insert let alone recolor clip
art.

if you're using the clipart in any of the above mentioned products please
choose an appropriate group and repost your question - mentioning the
version of the application you're using. If you are using the clip art in
Project, please advise how as i'm really interested.
